Her responsibilities include the strategic leadership and global operational direction for the nationally accredited Joseph Business School and its related entities including the US Small Business Development Center,
the US Procurement and Technical Assistance Center, the International Trade Center, the Carver Innovation and Technology Center, and R.I.S.E Prison Outreach Programs. Dr. Thomas traveled to over 60 countries, expanding the flagship entrepreneurial program to 22 locations around the world and empowering people to become successful entrepreneurs.
